The approach to on board dining is simple; use only the finest available local and imported ingredients, and customize each menu to satisfy the tastes and needs of our guests.

Belize Sailing Charters specialties include trademark appetizers, imaginative salads and soups, and a variety of artfully presented entrees.

For ethnic fare we offer East Indian, Thai, Mediterranean, Mexican and traditional Caribbean favorites as well as Sushi.

Dining ashore is as exciting and varied as our many ports of call. There are nice, small restaurants to discover and fine resorts to visit. But there's really nothing like island hospitality and in-home cooking by local families is always an unforgettable favorite!
